I work with adults seeking to find balance, direction, and peace in their everyday lives.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, or the effects of past experiences, I strive to create a calm, grounded space where healing can take place. My approach combines depth work and practical insight with evidence-based methods such as EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients find balance, clarity, and purpose.
I believe therapy should be both transformative and approachable—a place where real change can happen without pretense or pressure. Clients often describe my style as direct yet warm, combining depth and humor to make difficult work more manageable. I’m especially passionate about helping men navigate challenges related to relationships, family, and the stresses of modern life as well as helping young men figure out how to successfully move into adulthood.
I am a graduate of Louisiana State University, where I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Social Work degrees. I am licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Social Work Examiners as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor.
Outside of work, I enjoy time with family and friends, catching an LSU sporting event, listening to live music, and tinkering around the house (usually fixing more than I break). I also love exploring new places—whether across town or across the ocean.
