As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in child-centered play therapy and trauma-informed care, while also working with teens and adults. I have a particular passion for helping children communicate, process emotions, and build healthier coping and behavioral skills through play—their natural language.
I work with children experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, tantrums, challenging behaviors, and other emotional or behavioral concerns.
I also support adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, professional and life stress, trauma, and grief, with a special interest in supporting those experiencing miscarriage and infant loss.
My clinical training includes:
Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
EMDR
Play therapy
Sand tray therapy
I am passionate about helping clients make meaningful, lasting progress. I use feedback-informed therapy to regularly evaluate what is working, listen closely to each client's experience, and adjust treatment to ensure therapy is moving toward meaningful goals and successful outcomes.
My Christian faith is an important part of who I am and informs my belief in the value and dignity of every person. I welcome clients who wish to incorporate their faith into therapy while providing a supportive and respectful environment for people of all backgrounds and beliefs.
