As a certified health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Haley blends her expertise in both counseling and health coaching to take a holistic, strengths-based approach in supporting children and families. She is dedicated to helping kids develop resilience, build life skills, and improve emotional well-being by addressing both mental and physical health in an integrated way.
Haley works with children using Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Adlerian Play Therapy (AdPT) to address a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, and self-esteem. She helps kids build life skills and psychosocial resilience to improve emotional regulation, communication, and problem-solving abilities. In addition, Haley integrates health coaching techniques to encourage healthy habits, focusing on the connection between nutrition, physical activity, and emotional well-being.
Her approach is centered on empowering children to develop practical solutions, build resilience, and foster long-term wellness, while also supporting families through adjustment issues to strengthen relationships and create a cohesive home environment. In addition to counseling, Haley is the founder of Haley Lewis Health, where she focuses on kids’ health coaching, and co-founder of Yoga Farm Fest. She is also a certified TRX Coach, Personal Trainer, and 200-hour RYT Yoga Instructor, incorporating movement and mindfulness into her practice.
